Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Both offices are closed on weekends and state holidays.

Parole hearings for inmates housed in minimum custody locations are conducted in absentia (inmate not present) in the offices of the Parole Board. The Board will travel to other institutions or conduct hearings via video conference from the Parole Board offices to the institution where the inmate is housed.
