The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners consists of seven Commissioners appointed by the Governor. The Chairman is the executive officer of the board and administers its activities and services, and is responsible for its management (NRS 213.108).

The terms of office of each Commissioner of the board is four years (NRS 213.1087).
