Connie S. Bisbee, Chairman
Board of Parole Commissioners

Connie S. Bisbee was appointed as Chairman to the Parole Board in February, 2009 by Governor Jim Gibbons. Prior to her appointment, Chairman Bisbee had served as a Commissioner since January of 2003. Chairman Bisbee has worked in the field of Criminal Justice and Substance Abuse since 1986 and was an Associate Warden of Programs for the Nevada Department of Corrections, immediately prior to coming to the Board. Prior to moving to Nevada in 1999, she was employed as a Judicial Services Director overseeing misdemeanor probation in Northern, Florida. Chairman Bisbee is a U.S.A.F. Veteran.

Chairman Bisbee earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy State University, Alabama. Ms. Bisbee has been a Licensed Alcohol/Drug Counselor in Nevada since 2000.
