Eddie Gray, Jr., Commissioner
Board of Parole Commissioners
Eddie Gray, Jr. has served as a Commissioner on the Board of Parole
Commissioners since his appointment by Governor Jim Gibbons in July of 2007. Prior
to his appointment, Commissioner Gray served as a Parole Board Case Hearing Representative
for fourteen years. His background also encompasses over forty years in personnel supervision,
in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Civil Service. He has served and
performed duties at various locations in the United States, Europe and Asia, including
Vietnam. Additionally, he has supervised federal prisoners assigned to a federal prison.
Commissioner Gray received an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management from the Community
College of the Air Force, and an Associate Degree focusing on Business Management
from the Community College of Southern Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Post Secondary and Adult Education from the University of Nevada Las
Vegas.
Commissioner Gray has been a member of the Las Vegas community for over
25 years.
