Monthly Eligibility Lists

Eligibility lists are generated by the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC), not the Parole Board. 

We use these lists as a source for scheduling Parole Hearings.  

Inmates may be removed from these lists if NDOC determines that they are not eligible for parole.
