Office hours are typically Monday through Thursday from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Both offices are closed on Fridays, weekends and state holidays. Operating hours are subject to change due to holidays and furloughs.
Parole hearings are conducted via video conference from the scheduled office of the Parole Board to the institution where the inmate is housed.
